Welcome to Pawzios. These terms apply when you visit our website or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these terms, subject to any consumer rights that apply where you live.

Orders and product information

We do our best to show products, descriptions, and prices accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

After you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing or fulfillment. If we can’t fulfill an order—for example, because an item is unavailable or there’s a pricing error—we’ll contact you and refund any payment made for that order.

Prices and payment

Prices, available currencies, taxes, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, customs charges or import taxes may be payable when your order arrives if they were not collected at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
