Tracking your order

Delivery issues

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind about an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and wait for our reply before sending anything back.

Items returned for a change of mind should be unused and in their original packaging. Unless the law says otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Some items may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email support@pawzios.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if you can. We’ll review the problem and help find a suitable solution under applicable law.

Refunds

If we approve your return, we’ll email you. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to process the refund.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply where you live, including statutory cancellation rights for eligible online purchases.
